Payment:You can pay for your rug online with your credit or debit card using our secure server, our shopping cart supports both Google checkout and Paypal so you can shop with confidence and security.

Delivery: We offer free delivery to address’s in mainland England. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 days however we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery. If you require your item delivered to a non mainland UK address or international address then the shipping price will be determined by the weight of the item.

Guarantee: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your rug we offer a full refund if returned (at your expense) within fourteen days of receipt.

VAT: We are not currently VAT registered and therefore will not be adding VAT to the price of our goods.

Replacement: If your rug reaches you in unsatisfactory condition contact us immediately so we can offer you a refund or replacement.

Cancellation: If you require to cancel your purchase please contact us within 24 hours.
